101 on Golden Shrooms
A never-before-seen organic blend of turmeric, cordyceps extract, reishi extract, ginger, cacao + black pepper. At Wunder Workshop we only use the extracted mushrooms making these potent fungi more bioavailable to our bodies, as we lack an enzyme known as chitinase needed to break down chitin commonly found in mushrooms.
Medicinal mushrooms have gained a fair amount of attention recently - and rightly so. They boast a whole range of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-hypertensive + cholesterol-lowering properties.
With so many floating around, it can be tricky to manoeuvre the mushroom minefield. Cordyceps + reishi are two of our favourites which is why you'll find them in our Golden Shrooms blend.
Cordyceps: renowned for its ability to improve endurance it is immune-strengthening, supports blood-sugar regulation + supports the cardiovascular system.
Reishi: known as the "mushroom of immortality" its ability to stimulate white blood cells improves immune function, keeping you fighting fit! It's also an Adaptogen which helps to balance hormones, restoring homeostasis in the body + carries anti-cancerous properties. It's also known to have a calming effect on the mind.
How to use our Golden Shrooms:
Start with a 1/2 teaspoon + work your way up to a whole teaspoon- add to your morning ACV tonic, blend into smoothies, froth into your golden mylk and coffee, or enjoy straight up with hot water.
