Maple Tofu & Black Bean Noodle Bowl

If you are looking to add more plant based meals into your diet then this recipe is perfect you. This vibrant bowl is packed full of plant protein. Tofu is actually one of the only plant based foods that contains all 9 essential amino acids (the building blocks for protein) so is considered a complete protein. The dressing really bring the flavour out in this dish and adds a kick of spice. I believe that healthy eating should always be simple, accessible and delicious.
