Banana & Turmeric Energy Balls

I know that there are LOTS of energy ball recipes out there, but using pre-made granola is a complete game changer. You get all the delicious flavours without having to buy the separate ingredients. For example the Raw Press HAPPY granola I used has buckwheat, coconut, spices such as cardamom and turmeric and banana chips so it adds such delicious flavour to each mouthful. These little guys are the perfect pre workout fuel. They are packed full of slow releasing energy, fibre, protein ( around 6g per ball) and healthy fats. 

1 cup Raw Press HAPPY granola
1 cup oats 
1 cup soaked dates
2 tbsp date and walnut butter 

1. Pulse the granola in a blender a few times, until it resembles a fine flour. 
2. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture comes together. 
3. Form equal size balls ( this makes around 14) 
4. Pop in the fridge for 10 minutes. Keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the fridge or simply keep in the freezer.
